With our In-Office Dental Savings Plan, adults can save $418 and kids 12 and under save $520. For $332 per adult and $230 for kids 12 and under, you will receive the following savings for the next 12 months:
2 Dental exams (value $120)
Dental x-rays (value $166)
2 Dental prophylaxis cleanings (value $216)
2 Emergency Office visits (value $194)
1 fluoride treatment for patients 18 and under (value $54)
15% OFF in All In-Office dental treatment (value $$$)
- This is a 12 month savings program which can start at any time. There is no waiting period or contracts to sign.
- Patients with controlled Periodontal disease, the cost of the two prophylaxis cleanings will be credited towards the cost of your periodontal maintenance visits.
- Due to the cost savings of this program, no other promotions or discounts can be used.
